The Location

Our site is located on land to the west of the A43 and north of the B4031. The land has not previously been developed, but is not the highest grade agricultural land.

We have chosen this location because it is accessible by the local farming community, will have minimal visual impacts on neighbours, and is not at risk of flooding. There are also significant opportunities for enhancing nature on the site through the planting of hedgerows, trees, and wildflower.
